How many sessions will I need?
Results can be remarkable, even from the first session. Most people find that a small number of treatments are enough even for long-standing complaints.
What can I expect?
Clients often report major or total improvement in seemingly unrelated problems that they may have forgotten to mention to the practitioner.
What will happen?
Where appropriate, your first appointment will begin with a consultation followed by an examination for postural or structural imbalances to pin point the problem.
The treatment takes place on a comfortable massage couch or chair. You will need to remove some, but not all of your clothing, your modesty and warmth will be preserved at all times with towels.
After your Bowen Treatment you will be given aftercare advice to follow and, where appropriate, some exercises or techniques that will help you.
